The reality of women leaders in family businesses is woven from the interrelationship between their businesses and the legacy they build. This article focuses on revealing the parallel experiences of three outstanding women in their business journeys and their contribution to the creation of a family legacy. Through a phenomenological hermeneutic-interpretive approach with a feminist perspective, the experiences of these entrepreneurs are explored, from their beginnings in the business world to the emergence of their companies, addressing the reconciliations between family and business life, the strategies adopted, as well as the construction of the legacy and the expectations of their management. The article delves into the concepts of situationality, intersubjectivity, intentionality, and temporality to analyze the outstanding experiences of the entrepreneurs. It also examines the family and business mechanisms they implemented with their daughters and sons (the new generations of heirs) in order to create scenarios of continuity for the family business legacy for their descendants.References
