Abstract

In this book, you will find valuable proposals from 15 academics from countries such as Chile, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, and Spain, who, in seven chapters, present an in-depth and critical analysis of the current situation of the institutionalisation of equality in their own institutions, its challenges, advances, and experiences. It is a collective effort that seeks, through its research and reflections, to showcase experiences in the construction and implementation of participatory diagnoses, equality policies, or the results of empirical research on the participation, situation, and conditions of women in student, academic, or government bodies.
